Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications. Document production data and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
