This is a great opportunity for a hands-on machinist with strong attention to detail and experience operating both manual and CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC and manual machines including lathes, mills, drill presses, and related equipment Load materials, tools, and fixtures into machines and ensure proper alignment Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Modify or load CNC programs and understand basic G-code functions Perform machining operations including milling, drilling, turning, and fabrication work Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Troubleshoot machining or tooling issues and make adjustments as needed Perform routine machine maintenance and replace worn tools Accurately document production data and daily reports in Epicor Follow SOPs and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality

Qualifications:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of CNC machine operation and setup experience Experience working in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment Ability to operate both manual and CNC machines Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of G-code and CNC programming basics Experience using precision measuring instruments Understanding of metal materials including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and copper Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to read, write, and understand

English Preferred:
