CNC Machine Operator

Caldwell Manufacturing is a contract manufacturer with a variety of CNC Lathes, Mills and Swiss machines. We are looking for Production workers to run CNC lathes and mills. Candidate should possess a mechanical aptitude and a good attendance record for this second shift position M-F . We will train the right person. We are currently looking to fill openings for machine operators at our Lockhart facility.

Requirements :

Must be able to understand engineering/production documents Monitor production to insure it meets specifications using calipers, thread and pin gauges. Must be able to operate hand and power tools Good problem solving skills (Do you think outside the box when challenged?) Follow all safety rules and regulations Be a team player (Do you respect and get along with others?) Good attitude Attention to detail (_ This is very important) _ Stable work history (_ do you arrive early or on time for your current job? Do you show up every day? Do you have a solid work history?) _

Neat, Clean and Organized Physical Demands:

Must be able to stand for the entire 8 hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs Wear provided Personal Protection Equipment the job requires

Schedule:

This is a full-time, hourly position Monday - Friday Second Shift 3:30 p.m.- 11:30 p.m.
