Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) according to job specifications Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment Measure and inspect parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Adjust machine settings to improve performance and efficiency Maintain a clean and safe work environment Document production data and report any issues to supervisors

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred 1-3 years of experience operating CNC machinery (or more, depending on level) Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with CNC programming (G-code knowledge a plus)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs as needed Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
