  $30.00
• $35.00+ DOE Monday to Thursday Morning shift: 6AM
• 4:30PM (10 hour shifts)

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position focused on setup and operation of 3-axis CNC lathes for high-precision aerospace components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and capable of holding tight tolerances in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate 3-axis CNC lathes for production of aerospace parts Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks Hold tight tolerances of ±0.0005″ (five tenths) Select and install proper tooling, fixtures, and work holding devices Make offset adjustments and program edits at the machine as needed Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards Benefits Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for overtime and career growth Supportive, team-oriented work environment Apply Today If you're detail-oriented, organized, and ready to grow in a fast-moving manufacturing environment, apply today to join our team in Chatsworth. #NowHiring Minimum 3-5 years of recent CNC setup experience on 3-axis lathes Strong aerospace manufacturing background (highly preferred) Proven ability to consistently hold ±0.0005" tolerances Proficient in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and GD&T Experience with Fanuc or similar CNC controls Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials (including exotic aerospace alloys) Ability to use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, etc.) High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
