CNC Machinist

Description Reynolds manufactures industrial mixers with the equipment design in mind for clients that produce Adhesives, Sealants, Silicones and Caulks, Coatings and Paints, Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals, Inks and Pigments, Rubber, Polymers, Resins, and Foams, and Specialty Chemicals processing industries. A few of their largest customers Sherwin Williams, PPG, InChem, Johnson & Johnson. Creates precision metal parts, tools, and other components using a variety of equipment, such as lathes, drill presses, micrometers, blasters and grinding machines, following all applicable safety requirements. Prepares and operates machine to grind, cut, and polish materials, and finishes projects using manual tools. Studies design criteria and reads blueprints and project specifications to determine what equipment and materials are needed for the job creates a plan to execute the project, the appropriate tools and components. CNC machinist

• Experience working on Haas ST45L is a huge plus (that's the brand new machine they just had installed)
• CAD, solid work verifying
• G-Code
• Must be mechanical inclined with experience in heavy assembly or millwright work.
• Experience reading blueprints
• Experience with machines, rotating parts, couplings, bearings, seals, gearboxes, motors, etc.
• Must have own hand tools, they do have a tool program there as well
• Experience with tolerances and testing's is a plus
• Must have a history of good attendance and teamwork
