• 32/hr depending on experience 4‑day work week (Mon-Thurs) — long weekends every week Optional Friday overtime Full benefits after hire: medical, dental, vision, 401k match , PTO Stable company with long‑term growth and training opportunities ⚙️ What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC mills & lathes Read blueprints and determine tooling, materials, and machining processes Perform setups, offsets, tool changes, and adjustments Hold tight tolerances and ensure consistent quality Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges Troubleshoot issues and keep production running smoothly Maintain a clean, organized, safety‑focused workspace ✅ Who Thrives Here 2+ years CNC machining experience — OR strong technical aptitude with machining coursework Experience with setups on mills and/or lathes Solid blueprint reading skills Comfortable with measuring tools Detail‑oriented, quality‑driven, and eager to learn
