Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and a passion for precision engineering. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling components according to detailed specifications, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Duties Operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce high-quality parts. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Utilize CAD and CAM programming software to create and modify machining programs. Set up tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for machining operations. Conduct inspections using coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure accuracy of finished products. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes and enhance product quality. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proficiency in CAD and CAM programming is highly desirable. Experience with SolidWorks or similar software for design purposes. Strong understanding of machining processes including milling, turning, and fabrication techniques. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately. Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for quality control checks. Previous experience operating CNC machinery is essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
