293392554 Job Description CNC Machinist / Lathe Operator Needed! We are an experienced

ISO 9001 & AS 9100

certified machine & fabrication shop looking for Journeyman Level CNC Machinists to run our

CNC HAAS VF4, VF2, VF7, VF12, EC400, EC500 & UMC

Auto Tourette mills. Minimum of 3 years experience in machining field required. Aerospace recommended.

Summary:

Responsible for setting-up and operating 3 & 4 & 5 axis mills & ability to debug, edit and run G-Code.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Set-up & operate mill Follow Set-up instructions Perform visual inspections as well as dimensional inspection of parts to engineered specifications Assure adequate deburr / cleanliness of parts Clean machines as needed Other related duties as required / directed

Qualifications:

3+ years experience required, Aerospace experience a plus Demonstrates exceptional follow through with attention to detail and will complete the job correctly the first time Able to work autonomously (self-driven) Excellent communication skills Works well with others, punctual & follows instructions Willingness to cross-train Demonstrates continuous process improvement and follows ISO 9001 and current manufacturing practices Experience in a job-shop production environment. Includes use of inspection equipment and ability to interpret blue print drawings Ability to pass pre-employment drug tests

Follows all policies, procedures, standards and safety requirements directed my management Performs all other duties as requested by management

Physical Requirements:
