Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating CNC machinery in a professional manufacturing setting.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reading G-code and M-code; experience with Haas or Fanuc controls is a plus.Measurement:
Expert ability to use precision measuring instruments.Materials:
Experience working with stainless steel and high-nickel alloys (Hastelloy) is highly preferred.Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical trade school certification is a bonus.salary:

Set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes and milling machines.Blueprint Reading:
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances.Quality Control:
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges to ensure parts meet strict QC standards.Tooling:
Select and install appropriate cutting tools, attachments, and accessories.Maintenance:
Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work environment.SkillsCNCQualificationsYears of experience:
