This is a direct-hire opportunity with competitive pay, steady hours, and long-term growth.

Pay:

$22+/hr. (Based on Experience) + 16% Shift Premium (Nights). Top 3 Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills from start to finish
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine calibrations
• Read blueprints and apply GD&T to produce precision parts Schedule Options

• Day Shift:

  Monday
• Friday, 6:00 AM
• 4:30 PM

• Night Shift:

  Monday
• Thursday, 4:15 PM
• 4:45 AM (+16% premium) What You'll Do
• Machine parts for a variety of industries
• Ensure quality and precision standards are met

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience (mills preferred)
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Ability to complete full setups and run jobs independently
• High School Diploma or GED
• Machine Tool training preferred
