You will operate a

HAAS VFSS

machine, support other 5 axis CNC Machines, and machining centers to fabricate precision parts per engineering specifications

Responsibilities:

Program and operate HAAS VF4SS and familiarity with Autodesk Fusion 360, the post processor used for programming the HAAS machine. Be very familiar with Fanuc controls Program and operate custom CNC grinding machines as well as utilize other shop tools such as cylindrical, surface, and pedestal grinders, and various hand tools. Set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enter commands to retrieve and input computerized machine control media.

Education:

High School Experience:

60 months Graduation from a certified technical school, or proven work history in a production environment, with five (5) or more years related experience.

Skills:

CNC programming experience. Strong mechanical ability. Ability to read and interpret drawings, follow job routers, use math to perform basic calculations, and use basic hand held measuring tools. Ability to accomplish tasks and follow directions without deviation from procedures. Skills to solve routine problems with minimal supervision and demonstrates advanced problem-solving ability. High detail orientation, self-motivation, and excellent organizational skills.
