CNC Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and lathes to minimize downtime. Experience in high-quality manufacturing and engineered hydraulic systems is highly valued. Candidates with 2-5 years of experience are preferred. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment to extend machine life. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Execute Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safely work with 480V electrical systems. Utilize electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical drawings to resolve equipment issues. Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and cross-functional teams in a production setting. Essential Skills 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience on CNC machines. Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience with 480V electrical systems in an industrial environment. Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and technical drawings. Additional Skills & Qualifications Capability to diagnose faults in CNC controls, drives, motors, encoders, and sensors. Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment that produces high-quality, durable components. Possession of a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hampton, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
