This role focuses on minimizing downtime through effective troubleshooting and continuous improvement of preventive maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair CNC machines and related equipment Develop, implement, and improve preventive maintenance programs Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using real-time data and diagnostic tools Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and ladder logic diagrams Perform repairs including: Ball screws, bearings, and linear guides Backlash adjustments and machine leveling Spindle removal and turret alignments Servo drives, parameters/keep relays, and battery replacement Operate CNC machines to verify repairs and performance Maintain detailed repair reports and service documentation Work independently with minimal supervision to resolve issues efficiently Qualifications Minimum 5 years of CNC maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation Experience with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls Proficient in Microsoft Office Skilled in using hand tools and power tools Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30
PM Pay:
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour (based on experience)
Pay:
Up to $50.00 per hour
