Communicate clearly, represent Ellison professionally, document your work, and leave customers confident. What you'll do Provide local, day-to-day field service: installations, startups, and preventive maintenance for CNC machine tools. Troubleshoot and repair across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Resolve issues on-site; offer technical insights to sales and deliver fundamentals training when needed. Engage customers and teammates with clear, respectful communication. Act as an ethical, professional ambassador of Ellison Technologies. Own your cases and projects; maintain meticulous customer records and technical documentation. Pitch in on related duties that keep customers successful.
