The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in CNC milling machine setup and precision machining.

Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Set up and operate CNC milling machines Install and align tooling, fixtures, vises, and workholding equipment Load CNC programs and enter machine offsets Set tool lengths, feeds, speeds, and zero points Run test parts and make adjustments to maintain tight tolerances Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues Verify part quality before production Maintain ISO and company quality standards Qualifications Minimum 3 years of CNC setup experience in manufacturing CNC milling setup experience required Ability to read blueprints and work with tight tolerances Experience with precision measuring equipment CNC programming knowledge preferred Experience with Mastercam and/or BobCAD is a plus communication and problem-solving skills ISO manufacturing experience preferred Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday If you take pride in producing high-quality precision parts and want to join a company that values skilled machinists, modern technology, and craftsmanship, we encourage you to apply today.
