CNC Mill Set-Up, 1st & 2nd Shift - $2500 Signing Bonus

This is NOT an operator position . We are looking for someone with strong mill set-up experience who can independently perform complete tear-downs and full set-ups on CNC mills with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

Independently complete full tear-downs and set-ups on CNC milling machines Set tooling, fixtures, work offsets, and prove out first-run parts Read and edit FANUC programs Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues Read blueprints and hold tight tolerances Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools Support and train machine operators as needed Identify process improvements and reduce cycle times Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all quality and safety procedures

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of CNC mill set-up experience Experience with Doosan, Daewoo, or similar CNC mills Ability to independently perform complete machine set-ups Strong understanding of FANUC controls Ability to read blueprints and inspection documents Experience using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Programming experience is a plus Dependable and team-oriented attitude

Schedule:

First Shift Monday-Friday | 7:00am-3:30pm Second Shift Monday-Thursday | 3:30pm-2:00am

Pay:

$27.00 - $35.00 per hour
