• long weekends every week Overtime available on Fridays Stable company with long-term growth potential Full benefits once hired (medical, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO) ⚙️ What You'll Be Doing Set up and run CNC mills & lathes to produce precision parts Read blueprints and determine tooling, materials, and process Perform setups, offsets, and tool changes Monitor machines and make adjustments to hold tight tolerances Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Troubleshoot machine issues and keep production running smoothly Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace ✅ What We're Looking For 2+ years of CNC machining experience Experience with setups on mills and/or lathes Strong blueprint reading skills Comfortable using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) Solid attention to detail and quality mindset

Bonus:

• $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
