OVERVIEW
Triangle Engineering, Inc. is a rapidly growing 3rd generation family business that specializes in providing materials, destructive test equipment, and testing services for welder and weld procedure qualification testing.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is a full-time on-site production role located in Hanover, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC lathes and production saws while ensuring quality control and being easily adaptable to changing production needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery, including robots, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Compensation commensurate with experience . Duties Operate CNC lathes. Operate production saws. Use calipers, micrometers, scales, and other measuring instruments for quality inspection and measurement verification. Use various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Read and interpret blueprints. Fabricate parts as needed for production processes, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with inventory, including loading and unloading materials. Operate forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Perform routine maintenance on machinery. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise during production. Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC machinery. Set Up experience preferred. Experience operating production saws. Ability to understand blueprints. Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments for quality inspection. Basic math skills necessary for measurements involved in machining tasks. Experience with forklift operation and basic welding is preferred. Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials safely as required.
