Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a CNC machine to produce precision parts and components. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will ensure the highest quality standards are met while adhering to safety protocols. Duties Set up CNC programs. Monitor CNC progress throughout operation. Using blueprints, ensure quality of produced parts. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely for loading, unloading, and moving raw materials or finished products within the manufacturing facility. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance. Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and ensure quality control standards are met. Perform routine maintenance as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety regulations and factory procedures. Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, or similar equipment within a manufacturing setting. Ability to read blueprints accurately. Mechanical aptitude with understanding of tooling, fabrication processes, and materials handling techniques. Experience using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers for quality assurance purposes. Basic math skills necessary for calculating measurements, tolerances, and machine settings. Warehouse experience or familiarity with factory safety protocols is advantageous.
Pay:
$22.00 per hour
