Job Description

Precision Manufacturing - Complex Parts - Growth Opportunity We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist who can own the process from print to finished part, solving complex machining challenges and producing high-precision components. Reasonable relocation; reimbursement will be considered. What You'll Do Program and set up CNC mills and/or lathes for complex parts using G-code/M-code and modern CAD/CAM. Interpret blueprints, models, and sketches to determine machining sequence, tooling, and fixturing. Perform setups, offsets, test runs, and inspections to hold tight tolerances using precision measuring tools. Collaborate with engineering and quality, recommend process/tooling improvements, and document setups and standards. Help maintain a clean, safe work area and mentor less-experienced machinists and operators. What You Bring Proven CNC Programmer/Machinist experience in production or job-shop environments. Strong blueprint/CAD/GD&T reading skills and hands-on multi-axis setup/operation. Proficiency with at least one CAD/CAM platform and common controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens). Solid shop math, troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and team-oriented communication. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training, apprenticeship, or certifications are a plus.
