The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC programming, quality control, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in a factory environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines, including lathes, to produce parts according to specifications. Utilize Solidworks programming software to create and modify programs for production. Conduct quality control checks using tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure precision and accuracy. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process. Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in CNC programming, with knowledge of Solidworks systems preferred. Familiarity with quality control processes and tools, including micrometers and gauges. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience in Wire and Sink EDM is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Experience with Haas machines is a plus.
