Will oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will drive project management initiatives, foster strong client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. Must come form CNC Machinery environment Responsibilities Lead and supervise the CNC service team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance and professional growth Manage multiple service projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, offering expert advice on CNC machine maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting procedures Oversee scheduling of service visits, technical inspections, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime for customers Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, technical reports, and client communications for transparency and quality assurance Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving to enhance loyalty and repeat business Note
