In this role, you will leverage your expertise in CNC programming and machine setup to produce high-quality components, ensuring our production standards are met with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Develop and refine CNC programs to optimize machining processes and cycle times. Execute machine setups and changeovers to transition between various production runs seamlessly. Interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints to determine precise tolerances and operational sequences. Conduct rigorous quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to guarantee dimensional accuracy. Collaborate with the production team to maintain a high standard of communication and operational workflow. Ensure all machining activities adhere to established safety protocols and quality procedures. Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support consistent output and operational safety. Qualifications Required Skills Proven proficiency in CNC programming using modern CAM software. Strong technical background in CNC lathe operation and tooling. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform machine adjustments. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Preferred Skills Experience operating multi-axis CNC equipment such as Mazak, Okuma, or Haas. Background in high-precision or custom part manufacturing environments. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software integration for complex part geometry.
