Co-Manager/Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-manager to join our team. As a Co-manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
• Supervise and train staff members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies
• Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with inventory management
• Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new employees
• Assist with scheduling and payroll management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies to increase sales and achieve targets
• Oversee shift management and delegate tasks to team members

Experience:

• Previous experience in sales management or retail leadership role preferred
• Strong cash handling skills and ability to manage cash register operations
• Proven track record of successfully supervising a team
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures
• Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company standards
• Experience in shift management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
