Co-teacher

We are a professional and inspirational childcare center serving children ages 1 to 4, and we are going to extend our services through 8th grade in two years! For a full-time teacher position, we offer: Pedagogical support, job growth opportunities, and a respectful and professional work environment.

Teacher-student ratio:

1:6 (average). Tuition Discount for Employee Children Optional 50% covered health insurance. Six personal days Paid 1.5 hours daily, without students, for classroom planning, professional development, assessments, documentation, etc., alongside your co-teacher. Paid daily lunch breaks (30 minutes). Paid for school breaks (3 weeks), all legal holidays, three days of Thanksgiving break, and two weeks of vacation (if applicable).

Minimum of an Associate degree in

Early Childhood EducationExperience:

in Early Childhood Education, at least 2 years.

Language:

English . (A second language is preferred.)

License/Certification:

DCF in-service training hours completed

Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
