Physical Capability:
You are comfortably able to pull a 75lb draw weight , ensuring you can effectively test, demonstrate, and service high-performance hunting setups for our customers.
Technical Specialist:
You have hands-on experience "wrenching" on bows, with a proven ability to install accessories, timing cams, and performing precision tuning.
Culture Fit:
You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
Skills:
Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
Physicality:
This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
Education:
High school diploma (or GED) and 1-3 months of related experience are preferred. •Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
Schedule & Compensation Hours:
Average of 40-42 hours per week.
The Shift:
Includes a mix of opening shifts (Between 9:00 AM•7:00 PM) up to 2 closing shifts (12:00 PM•9:00 PM), and a set day off each week.
Weekends:
Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM•9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM•6:00 PM).
Pay:
The posted compensation is a base hourly rate.
