Job Description
Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is seeking focused ADA Accommodations Specialists to manage the interactive process for their distributed workforce. This role is designed for an HR professional who excels at the intersection of federal compliance and modern workplace strategy. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all accommodation requests related to our remote and hybrid work policies. Your objective is to ensure that every employee has the tools and environment necessary to perform their essential functions while maintaining rigorous adherence to ADA, FEHA, and FMLA standards.
