Production & Quality:

Operational Excellence:

Adhered to a lean, high-performance culture by meeting daily output targets and following internal SOPs and technical instructions.

Technical Problem Solving:

Collaborated with engineering teams to resolve equipment, material, and quality issues.

Chemical Handling:

Safely utilized paints, adhesives, and primers daily, adhering to all PPE and safety protocols.

Maintenance & Documentation:

Performed preventative machine maintenance and completed all departmental logs with high accuracy.

Communication:

Maintained proactive cross-departmental communication to streamline product flow and troubleshoot production bottlenecks.
