The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the café, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate the POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment handling. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a respectful manner. Maintain the cleanliness of the café area, including tables, counters, and equipment, to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation and serving as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash registers responsibly. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous barista experience is required . Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with food safety practices and food handling regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Experience with POS systems. Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects with varying weights Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with coffee/food preparation and service.
