Role:

You'll be roasting our signature house blend, specialty flavors, cold brew, and espresso beans — all fresh in-house. We use a highly computerized, state-of-the-art roasting and monitoring system to ensure a perfect, consistent roast every time. Experience in commercial coffee roasting is preferred, but a strong work ethic and a passion for quality are most important.

What We're Looking For:

Passionate about delivering an exceptional product and experience to our guests. Ability to prepare and roast coffee beans according to precise specifications. Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) food safety and handling procedures. Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude. Interested in additional hours? Barista shifts are also available!

Requirements:

Prior coffee roasting experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet.
