Must have collections litigation experience and be admitted in the state of Rhode Island. Preference for candidates licensed in any of the following states in addition to
Rhode Island:
MA, CT, ME, VT, NH, NY.
Will be worked primarily remotely, with onsite court appearances. Preferably collection litigation experience - Ability to manage a caseload from beginning to end, litigation, motion practice, discovery, trial experience, document review and execution. Ability to communicate with clients and meet client processing requirements. Collections litigation experience required. Licensed to practice in the state of Rhode Island. #IND2 #LI-JW1
