Collections Operator

Through the delivery of our operations and maintenance services, you'll make it simpler and more seamless for our municipal clients to operate safely and efficiently, empowering communities to focus on what matters most to them - people. As a Collections Operator, you'll join a collaborative team ensuring that our clients can deliver their services - uninterrupted. Based in The Villages, FL, you'll have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks in the operation and maintenance of the collection system on an assigned shift. You'll contribute to the success of our program with efficient preventive maintenance and effective solutions to challenges that may arise in municipal facilities. You'll operate and maintain equipment including but not limited to backhoe, aqua tech, and dump truck; all equipment used in trenchwork, cleaning and clearing sewer lines; install new lines, adjust manhole covers, and frame replacement; inspect, repair, and maintain flowing conditions, patch streets and sidewalks; erect and repair fences; complete work orders and field complaint forms; and perform other duties as required. Most importantly, you'll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of you and your team. High School Diploma or GED Possess valid Driver's License Knowledge of collection systems and tools, equipment, materials used to maintain and repair system
