COPY LINK link Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Collector positions in Naperville, IL. - Locate and monitor overdue accounts; contact customers via phone, mail, or in person to collect delinquent payments
- Receive payments and post amounts accurately to customer accounts while maintaining detailed records
- Confer with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments and negotiate repayment solutions or schedules
- Prepare statements and documentation for credit department when accounts remain unresolved
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of financial services, collections, or customer service experience required
- Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills, along with negotiation and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate documentation
- Knowledge of collections regulations, policies, and experience with Microsoft Word or collections software preferred

Pay:

Pay Details:
