In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers needing collision repairs, providing accurate damage assessments and estimates to facilitate efficient repairs. Your expertise will help ensure customer satisfaction by delivering transparent, precise evaluations and guiding clients through the repair process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your automotive knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess collision impact and determine repair needs Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using auto estimating software, ensuring clarity for both technicians and customers Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repair procedures, costs, and timelines to foster trust and confidence Collaborate with body shop technicians, mechanics, and parts departments to coordinate repairs and ensure timely completion Upsell additional services such as alignments, suspension work, brake repairs, oil changes, tire services, or other automotive repairs when appropriate Manage all service writing tasks accurately, including documenting customer interactions and repair details in the system Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service throughout the process Parts procurement Skills Extensive collision knowledge across various systems including CCC and Mitchell Proficiency in auto estimating software combined with excellent service writing skills Ability to identify additional repair opportunities through upselling techniques while maintaining integrity and transparency Strong customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and building lasting client relationships Knowledge of automotive repair procedures such as frame and collision damage, OEM repair planning, and auto body repair techniques Familiarity with cash handling procedures and sales transactions in a collision center or automotive environment I-Car Join our team if you're passionate about cars, enjoy helping customers navigate their repair needs confidently, and thrive in a collaborative atmosphere that values your automotive expertise!Pay:
