Clean Well-Maintained Work Environment Respected Leadership Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Assist with day-to-day business including answering phones, entering data into CCC, assisting customers, etc. Reviewing damaged vehicles with customers and insurance adjusters Writing accurate, profitable damage reports and taking required photos for insurance submission and electronic filing Negotiating initial and supplemental repairs with insurance company representatives Ordering parts for repair orders Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, insurance adjusters and rental companies on the status of vehicle repairs Maintain exceptional customer service Cover out-of-office managers and estimators within the company during vacations/time off at all locations Help diagnose potential production issues within the shop All other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Valid and clean driver's license (required) 3+ years Collision Estimating experience (required) Experience with CCC estimating system (preferred) I-Car training (preferred) Knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements (preferred) Tesla and BMW Certified Estimators a
