After an accident, every vehicle is rebuilt to factory tolerance, we have a Celette fixture bench, as well as a Car bench Octopus. We are proud to be one of eight facilities in North America to own and operate this state-of-the-art equipment which is certified for structural reconstruction by Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes Benz and Rolls Royce. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator specifically to Luxury Vehicles, to support high-end collision repair operations for premium and exotic automotive brands. This role is responsible for inspecting vehicle damage, preparing detailed repair estimates, coordinating with insurance carriers, and helping ensure repairs move efficiently from intake through production. The ideal candidate must have strong estimating experience, pay attention to detail, and have the ability to communicate professionally with both clients and repair teams here at Martino Auto Concepts. Stable, full-time role with long-term growth potential. Duties Inspect collision-damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates. Identify structural, mechanical, cosmetic, and hidden damage. Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding repair scope, supplements, and approvals. Prepare and submit supplemental estimates as additional damage is identified. Explain repair recommendations and timelines to vehicle owners professionally. Provide updates throughout the repair process when needed. Maintain accurate repair documentation, photos, and estimate records. Utilize estimating platforms and internal systems to track repair progress. Work closelywith technicians, parts coordinators, and management to support efficient workflow. Requirements High school diploma or GED. 3-5+ years of collision estimating experience in an automotive repair environment. Experience preparing detailed repair estimates and supplements. Strong understanding of collision repair processes and vehicle damage analysis. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience working with luxury or exotic vehicle brands. Familiarity with estimating platforms such as CCC ONE, Audatex, or similar systems.
