Color Matcher - 1st Shift

Join Schneller's Compound Department and put your eye for detail to work. As a Color Matcher, you'll mix compounds and match colors to exact customer specs — a skilled, hands-on role at the heart of our production process. What you'll do Mix compounds and color match products to customer specifications using established formulation procedures Use color computer software to support accurate color matching Maintain accurate documentation for all color match requests Report labor and inventory transactions using electronic or paper systems Support Stager responsibilities as needed What we're looking for High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred) Ability to read, write, and perform basic math Willingness to learn Schneller products, quality standards, and procedures Eligible for required US export authorizations (ITAR/EAR) Physical requirements Stand and operate equipment (mixers, tow motor, carts) for an 8-10 hour shift Lift up to 40 lbs frequently; up to 60 lbs occasionally Frequent bending, walking, fine motor tasks, and twisting throughout the shift Must pass annual Farnsworth Munsell color vision testing (with or without corrective lenses)
