Job Description:

Harvest Driver We are seeking a skilled and responsible Harvest Driver to safely and efficiently operate combines and tractors during harvest operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth field operations and ensuring equipment is properly operated and cared for. Responsibilities Operate combine controls safely and efficiently during harvest operations Inspect combines daily and promptly report any mechanical or operational issues Perform daily cleaning of the combine, inside and out Drive combines safely on public roads to and from fields Assist mechanics with maintenance or repairs as needed Coordinate combine dumping sequences to maximize field efficiency Accurately read, complete, and submit field tickets Communicate effectively with field shop managers, supervisors, and the scale house Safely operate tractors with various attachments Essential Skills Previous experience in production, general labor, machine operation, or farm work preferred Ability to perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks Strong attention to safety and operational detail Additional Skills & Qualifications Valid driver's license required Ability to climb ladders on and off combines multiple times throughout the shift Willingness and ability to work long hours, including 12-hour field shifts plus travel time Why Work With Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41912.00 - $42848.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
