Looking for smiling, compassionate, and punctual Receptionist for our animal hospital. Candidate must be outgoing and comfortable interacting with clients and using computer. Experience with Cornerstone software preferred. Tasks include answering phones, scheduling appointments, invoicing patients and handling insurance and of course greeting our fluffy furry patients. THURSDAY 9 TO 7 & FRIDAYS 9 TO 6

Job Duties:

Greeting furry visitors & their owners Scheduling Appointments Correspondence Using computer program Invoicing Customers / Cashier Sorting and sending mail Scanning documents Processing Insurance forms Answering and routing phone calls holding pets in the exam room assisting the doctor and vet techs giving injections, drawing blood communicating results to patients
