What You'll Do:
As a Commercial and Lubricant Sales Representative, you will be responsible for retaining existing business and growing new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement, relationship building, and consultative sales support. Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial and lubricant customers by providing product recommendations, technical support, equipment inquiries, billing and pricing support, customer portal assistance, and daily service needs in a prompt and professional manner. Make a targeted number of quality outbound sales and follow-up calls and visits weekly. Record and maintain customer interactions, opportunities, and account activity within the CRM system. Work closely with customers, vendors, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction, increase sales volume, and support company growth objectives. Serve as a central communication hub between customers and internal departments while maintaining a strong focus on customer retention, service excellence, and business growth. Conduct customer interaction with face-to-face visits, training, and vendor meetings. Maintain knowledge of brand requirements as related to brand / site image and procedures. Attend various industry training courses, conventions, and other marketing-based activities to develop professional relationships within these organizations.
What We're Looking For:
Completion of High School or GED Equivalent required. 3+ years of customer service, inside sales or office support preferred Lubricant, petroleum, industrial, automotive, or related industry experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems Must be a dependable, adaptable, well-organized, and self-motivated professional with strong time management skills. Strong communications and listening skills. Valid driver's license Ability to meet background check requirements.
