Job Summary:

The Commercial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of designated commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and their employees. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to: Dusting and wiping down surfaces (desks, tables, chairs, fixtures, etc.) Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors) Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners Cleaning kitchens and break rooms (including appliances, countertops, and sinks) Spot cleaning carpets and upholstery Window cleaning (interior and exterior, as needed) Restocking supplies (paper towels, soap, etc.) Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and timekeeping. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is required. Training will be provided. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation. Valid PA Driver's License. Must be able to pass a background check.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge of different cleaning chemicals and their proper use. Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, carpet extractors). Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends, as needed.
