DETAILS:

Primarily evening commercial cleaning Some flexible daytime opportunities available Recurring monthly contracts Multiple buildings available Flat-rate pay per account Long-term work available

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Commercial cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation required Must be dependable and professional Ability to work independently Cleaning crew or team preferred Must maintain consistent quality Ability to send before/after photos is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

General commercial cleaning Trash removal Restroom cleaning Vacuuming and mopping Maintaining cleaning standards Locking/securing buildings if required Communication regarding any issues or supply needs Ability to manage assigned route/accounts consistently

PAY:

Recurring accounts currently range from approximately $1,000-$4,000+ monthly depending on buildings accepted and route size.
