Work closely with preconstruction leaders, project managers, and self-perform trades teams to ensure your estimates reflect real-world cost, schedule, and constructability considerations. Apply your analytical expertise to cost modeling, subcontractor outreach, value engineering, and strategic use of Osman's self-perform capabilities such as selective demolition, carpentry, and fixturing. Develop estimates that serve as the foundation for well-executed projects through Osman's strong quality control program. • Proven commercial construction estimating experience within general contracting or construction management. Technical Expertise
