- Commercial Construction (Framing & General Contracting) Hill Top Craftsmen LLC Spokane, WA | Full-Time The Role Hill Top Craftsmen is looking for a working Foreman who can lead from the front-someone who understands framing, can manage a crew, and takes pride in delivering clean, well-run projects.
This is not a clipboard-only role. You'll be in the field daily-setting the tone, driving production, and ensuring the work meets a high standard. What You ' ll Do Lead and coordinate crews on commercial builds (framing, additions, remodels) Execute daily work plans and maintain production pace Read plans, layout work, and ensure accuracy in the field Maintain job site organization, safety, and professionalism Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as needed Track progress and communicate updates to ownership/project leadership Ensure quality control and address issues before they become problems What We ' re Looking For 5+ years of hands-on construction experience (strong framing background preferred) 1-3+ years leading crews or acting as a lead/foreman Ability to read plans and translate them into efficient field execution Strong work ethic-reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using construction software and basic tech tools (Buildertrend, Blue Beam, Procore, or similar is a plus) Professional communicator with both crew and clients when needed What Success Looks Like Jobs run clean, organized, and on schedule Crews are productive, aligned, and accountable Minimal rework-issues are caught early Clients and leadership have confidence in your execution Why Join Hill Top Craftsmen Steady pipeline of residential work in the Spokane (and surrounding areas) market Opportunity to take ownership of projects and grow with the company Direct access to leadership-your voice matters here Competitive pay based on experience, with performance upside Compensation Competitive hourly or salary (DOE) Performance-based bonus potential Long-term growth opportunity into higher leadership roles How to Apply Apply directly through this posting with your experience and a brief overview of projects you've led.
