COPY LINK link We are hiring for an skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager in Tampa, FL. This role is deadline-driven, with daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables. Our clients customers are primarily General Contractors (GCs), waterproofing/roofing contractors, andmercial facilities owners.

Duties:

Thorough review of construction project documents, including specifications, drawings, and details. Attend Scope Reviews, Pre-Con Meetings and Site Visits. Develop Weekly Schedules, Budgets, Submittals, Shop Drawings, Purchase Orders Communicate weekly with general contractors and other customers. Collaborating with our estimator, sales team, and other staff, to enable successful transfer of the project from Estimating to Project Management upon close of the Sale Manage Change Orders, RFI's, RFPs, and Subcontractors Manage risk by identifying potential problems early and implementing effective solutions Schedule internal and external resources per the agreed upon project timeline.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering is desired. 4 or more years of experience inmercial construction project management. Pay Details:
