Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A Truck Driver to join our transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers and various specialized trucks to deliver freight efficiently across designated routes. Your expertise in driving different types of trucks—including flatbeds and hotshot will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across various routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring cargo integrity and security Deliver a variety of freight types including flatbed loads and other specialized cargo with precision and care Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns Plan optimal routes for efficient delivery schedules while managing time effectively to meet deadlines Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle inspections in compliance with regulatory requirements Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly Experience Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record and proven experience in commercial driving environments oil field experience is a plus Demonstrated proficiency in operating manual transmission trucks and handling various truck types such as flatbeds Prior experience in load & unload operations using forklifts or other material handling equipment preferred Knowledge of route planning and delivery procedures for freight transportation across diverse terrains Delivery driver experience involving freight handling, route driving, and customer service excellence is highly valued Familiarity with safety protocols related to truck driving, cargo securement, and vehicle maintenance regulations Join us as a CDL A Truck Driver and become an essential part of our logistics network!
