Responsibilities Safely operate trucks with automatic and manual transmissions, including flatbeds, dump trucks, water trucks and other specialized freight vehicles. Heavy equipment hauling Drive route-specific deliveries across local, regional, or long-haul routes while maintaining timely schedules Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and delivery records in accordance with federal guidelines Communicate effectively with Pit Boss regarding route updates, delivery status, or any issues encountered on the road Follow all safety protocols related to truck driving, including proper securing of loads and adherence to traffic laws Experience Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record Proven experience operating truck with automatic and manual transmission in various environments Prior delivery driver experience handling freight such as flatbed loads, tankers, or specialized trucks is highly desirable Knowledge of route driving best practices and safety regulations for commercial trucking Experience working with different types of trucks Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks confidently Over the Road heavy hauling is highly desired but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your driving skills make a real impact!
