Commercial Drivers License Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of trucks, including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers, to deliver and pick up materials efficiently across designated routes. Your expertise in heavy lifting, load & unload procedures, and mechanical knowledge will ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities Safely operate a variety of commercial trucks such as front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump truck, flatbed, and tractor-trailer in compliance with all federal and state regulations. Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment and techniques, ensuring secure transport and delivery. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and ensure safety standards are met. Drive efficiently across assigned routes while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Assist with heavy lifting tasks when necessary, utilizing mechanical knowledge to operate relevant equipment safely. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, mileage logs, and vehicle maintenance reports. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues promptly. Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating heavy trucks such as dump trucks, flatbeds, or tractor-trailers. Proven experience in commercial driving and delivery operations with a focus on safety and efficiency. Mechanical knowledge related to truck maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues. Experience operating front loader trucks, rear loader trucks, roll-off trucks, dump trucks, flatbeds, or tractor-trailers is highly preferred. Ability to perform manual lifting tasks involving heavy loads safely. Familiarity with load & unload procedures for various types of cargo. Strong driving skills with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission is a plus. Pay:

$25.50 - $35.00 per hour
