Overview We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate various trucks including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers to transport waste materials and recyclables. Your expertise in heavy lifting, load & unload procedures, and mechanical knowledge will ensure smooth deliveries and pickups while maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities Safely operate a variety of trucks such as rear loader and roll-off to perform waste collection and recycling transport Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and safety records Follow all driving laws and company policies to ensure safe transportation at all times Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate pickups and deliveries Experience Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record Proven experience operating heavy-duty trucks such as rear loaders, roll-off trucks Knowledge of mechanical systems related to truck operation and maintenance Strong driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency Join our team to help us deliver essential recycling services while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment. $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
